The advanced Mini MBA is a Postgraduate Certificate (Advanced Professional Certificate) in Strategic Management and Leadership which designed to provide focused and specialist practical skills development alongside with the development of requisite knowledge and understanding in different specializations such as Strategic Management, Leadership, Human Resource Management and Marketing Management.

Assessment
Assessment of this programme will be via assignments, typically one or two assignments per unit. These assignments will vary and include a mix of formal reports, presentations and practical tasks.

Target Audience :
The advanced Mini MBA programme is designed for those working in business management or other sectors with a responsibility for management and leadership. You will develop a range of skills and techniques, personal qualities and attitudes essential for successful performance in the management sector.
Entry requirement:
Candidates should hold a recognised Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or overseas equivalent or HND qualification.
Candidates should have at least 1 year’s professional experience. Two suitable references, one of which should be from a current employer.
Very good Command of English ( prove of English proficiency will be required)
